    • Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, or accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    • Sale items, custom orders, and final clearance products are non-refundable.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  4. Shipping Fees:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery, providing photos as evidence. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
